To purchase from this shop you must bring your medical marijuana card in with your current ID *and* your doctor's recommendation letter, fill out the paperwork to register ... and then wait 24 hours.
The city of Santa Barbara requires new patients to wait 24 hours after they register with a dispensary before they can make a purchase.
After the 24 hour waiting period, you are free to make purchases at any time the shop is open.
