Raymond Mertz has had an entrepreneurial mindset since he signed up for a single paper route of 69 customers at the age of 8. Little by little he took on more responsibility, and by the time he graduated high school, his route was serving more than 1,600 happy customers. In college, Raymond’s passions led him to pursue a degree in music. After graduation, he pursued and then received his journeyman electrician card.
