The first step to becoming a member of Far West Holistic Center is to be or become a certified patient. If you are not already certified see the section below “How to Register With The State”. We do not do certifications. It is the patients responsibility to locate and develop a relationship with their certifying doctor.
Far West Holistic Center is a private provisioning center and may not be accepting new members at all times. We also do not disclose whether we are accepting new members over the phone. Please come in and speak with one of our managers if you are interested in becoming a member.
Please make sure to have the following items with you on your first and all future visits:
Your valid Michigan Medical Marijuana card
Your valid Michigan Driver's License, State I.D or Government issued photo identification
Membership at Far West Holistic Center does not require any fees or dues. We operate solely on donations from our members.
